Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An
Now I’ve always been a big fan of the Four Seasons brand and whenever I am able to afford or feel I deserve a fabulous treat, Four Seasons is normally one of my top brands to select. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the New Four Seasons Resort the Nam Hai, Hoi An, in Vietnam.
Where do I start… Okay let me cut to the chase and just start by saying WOW….
The Four seasons Resort the Nam Hai, Hoi An is spectacular! I and I would go as far to say it’s one of the best resorts in Hoi An! Exquisitely designed the resort presents an authentic connection to the region with many wonderful onsite activities, from their unique cooking academy, they even grow their own herbs and vegetables, a fantastic kids club various water sports, tennis, badminton and basketball court and 24 hour fitness centre. The Resort offers an absolutely world-class Spa which is called the Heart of the Earth Spa, in a splendid setting elegantly perched over a lotus pond. I truly felt like I’d died and gone to heaven. Inspired by renowned Vietnamese Zen Master, scholar and peacemaker Thich Nhat Hanh, I was advised that the Spa centres on the awareness that we are not separated from the Earth but at one. This would be an amazing wellness holiday, all treatments feature crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, the harmonic intonation of nature- plus simple focused breathing techniques to attune body and mind to the Earth’s heartbeat, check out my the short video on this below.
